I just got back from a wonderful long weekend visiting friends and family — three days of great company and much-needed rest. But I have to say, the moment that really got me? Coming home to my horses, goats, and chickens. The excitement they had when they saw me walk through that gate made me feel like the most important person in the world! 🐓🐐

There's something grounding about farm life. No matter how busy things get in real estate, those animals remind me what really matters — showing up, being present, and taking care of the ones who count on you. Honestly, it's not a bad philosophy for life or business!

🏚️ More Than a Sale — A Story Worth Saving

How one transaction helped preserve a piece of our community's history

Recently, I had the honor of representing the seller of a truly special property — a beautifully deteriorated, historically significant home right here in our community. Two other Realtors had listed it before without success, and the stakes felt high. The seller, and honestly the whole community, hoped the right buyer would come along to restore the home rather than tear it down.

I found that buyer. ❤️

We negotiated a price that made both sides happy, and I made sure the seller and buyer got to know each other. Today, they are both involved in the renovation — and the community is absolutely thrilled! Neighbors stop me around town just to talk about the progress. I've made two wonderful new friends in the process, and I get excited phone calls with updates on the journey.

This is why I love what I do. Real estate isn't just about transactions — it's about people, stories, and legacies.
